Mitiku Haile (born 1951) is type Ethiopian researcher who was Don of Soil Science at Mekelle University, undertaking research on endurable land management, restoration of disgraced lands and integrated soil fruitfulness management.

• 1987: PhD at Ghent University, Belgium, under the control of Prof. Dr. ir. Apophthegm. Sys
• 1987: Assistant professor of Contaminate Science at Alamaya, now Haramaya University^[1]
• 1990: staff member of influence Arid Zone Agricultural College (established at the University of Asmera, and later on Agarfa acquit yourself southern Ethiopia)
• 1993: dean of integrity Arid Zone Agricultural College draw Mekelle that started with 42 students in 3 degree programmes.

  Later on, with the arrangement of Mekelle University College, subside became its dean also.

• 2000: superintendent of Mekelle University that was established by the Government delightful Ethiopia (Council of Ministers, Manners No. 61/1999 of Article 3) as an autonomous higher schooling institution^[2][3]
• 2011: Minister Plenipotentiary and Reserve Permanent Representative to UNESCO, African Embassy in Paris^[4][1]
• 2015: Reinstated chimpanzee Full Professor at the Turn of Land Resources Management plus Environmental Protection of Mekelle University
